Hidde Vos - Skills Academy Director

Meet Coach Vos

Coach Vos has an impressive basketball resume. Originally from the Netherlands, he honed his skills through years of consistent practice and competition, which led him to finish his high school education in Spain, where he played for two years. His journey continued as he played college basketball at Cal State Fullerton and Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. One of his proudest achievements is representing the Netherlands at the Under-20 European Championship. After completing his college career, Coach Vos became the director of one of Canada’s most prominent basketball programs. Coach Vos also serves as an assistant coach for the Dutch U-18 National Team.

“Our goal is to develop fundamentally strong basketball players through a structured, age-appropriate curriculum that emphasizes small, weekly improvements—building habits and skills that translate to real game impact over time.

We focus on meeting players where they are and strive to help them improve 1% each week through detailed, game-translatable skill development in an encouraging and fun environment.” Coach Vos
